The eligibility criteria for an Employer-Sponsored Visa are different depending on your subclass:
– A Standard Business Sponsor must nominate the worker
– Applicant should have a minimum of 5 in each band for IELTS (or equivalent)
– If you are planning on working in a Metropolitan Area, your occupation must be listed under the Short-Term Skilled Occupation List (STSOL) orthe Medium-Long Term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL)
– If you are planning on working in a regional area, your occupation must at least be listed on the Regional Occupation List (ROL)
