Child Visa Australia

A child visa is a type of family visa that allows a child to move to Australia and stay permanently with their parents.

There are two subclasses for Child Visa

• Subclass 101: for a child who is outside Australia
• Subclass 802: for a child who is already in Australia

To be eligible for a child visa, the minor must be dependent on a parent who is an Australian Citizen or permanent resident. The child needs to be under 18 years old or under 25 if is a full-time student.
