Studying in Australia can help you in your migration pathway but this can be very expensive depending on the course. PR options in Australia are linked to occupations, if your occupation is on MLTSOL, then you have more to apply for Permanent Residency.
Some of you, have already the right qualification and occupations, however, this is not the case for everyone. Many people decide to come to Australia as a student and start their studies to guide them until applying for PR.

Certificate IV to Advanced Diploma in Telecommunications Engineer is an option for you. Become a “Telecommunications Technical Officer or Technologist” and have a pathway for PR. This course is great for someone who wants to specialize in their career and in high demand in Australia.
This is a 1-3 years course which can cost you as cheap as $7,000 per year.
For international students so far, there are two colleges which offered this course, one in Sydney and another one in The Gold Coast. Your education agent can provide you with the most updated information regarding the course price and intakes.
After completing your studies, you have the option to apply for an 18 months’ work visa in Australia, Temporary Graduate Work Visa.
Before you can apply for any other visa, we advise you to get this work visa and work full time as a “Telecommunications Technical Officer or Technologist” for your PR (Permanent Residency) pathway.
