Temporary Work

457 Visa or Temporary work visa allows you to work up for 2 or 4 years full time depending on your occupation.

• Up to four years if your occupation is listed on the Medium and Long term Strategic Skilled List (MLTSSL) https://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Work/Work/Skills-assessment-and-assessing-authorities/skilled-occupations-lists/mltssl

• Up to two years if your occupation is listed under Short-Term skilled Occupation List (STSOL)

To apply for 457 Visa, you need an employer who is an approved Standard Business Sponsor (SBS)
