If you are a skilled worker and your occupation is listed on the Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL) and you meet the required points, you maybe eligible to apply for migration in Australia. The Australian government has implemented significant changes in its migration rules in November 2019, and PACE Migration & Education Consultancy will guide you through these changes. These changes have impacted the subclass 489, now it is 491 Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) and the old RSMS subclass 187, which now is subclass 494, Skill Employer Sponsor Regional. If you have an employer but are not confident to go through the process, our migration agent will clarify the process for them.

If you do not have enough points yet to apply for an independent skilled migration, we will assist you on how to get more points to be eligible for migration or provide you with other options to migrate in Australia.

If you have completed a relevant diploma or a higher education degree from Australia, you may also apply for a temporary work visa and have work rights in Australia for 18 up to 24 months, depending on your qualification and date of your first application of student visa.
