Skilled Nominated Visa

190 visa or Skilled Nominated visa is for people who want to live and work in Australia. You must be nominated by an Australian state or territory government agency. This visa is a permanent visa for points-tested skilled workers.

To be able to apply for this visa you need to be nominated by an Australian State or Territory government then submit an expression of interest (EOI) and then wait to be invited through SkillSelect to apply.

Your occupation must be in the MLTSSL or STSSL and you obtained positive skills assessment from the skill assessing body of your nominated occupation.
